SEMC Blog got information, that Sony Ericsson prerared for us new Cyber-shot flagship! What’s can be more than 8.1-Megapixels in C905? Yes! New Cyber-shot slider with 12.1-Megapixels camera. New phone will be sucessor of Shiho and it has same design like C905, but a little thinner than C905. Other specification same like C905. Yet I don’t know announcement and release dates of new device. I think, announcement will be in Q3, 2009 and release in Q4, 2009.

I have a Sony Ericsson G900. Its saying that the12 Megapixel Sony Ericsson will be released in the second half of 2009. I hope all specs will be upgraded and not only the camera.

Are you sure the rest of the specs will be the same as C905? What about bigger screen and resolution? What about VGA recording?

The only 12 Megapixel phone I know coming out from SE is the Symbian S60 touch device, due for release mid next year.

News reaches of a new Sony Ericsson 12 megapixel camera phone, that’s Interesting. However, Sony Ericsson should includes other specifications like a built in GPS (not a-GPS or a choice to shift between), on screen QWERTY keyboard. I am an unconditional of Sony Ericsson and always change for the last technology and I am waiting for a 12 megapixel camera phone.:lol:

They should give it even better sensors, better multimedia capabilities (e.g. DivX/XviD), better hardware while they’re at it…
