Release of PlayNow Plus
Today Sony Ericsson released new phone W902 plus. W902 plus is basically W902, which supported special application PlayNow Plus.

PlayNow Plus also available for PC:
PlayNow Plus available only for provider Telenor (Sweden), but in the future Sony Ericsson planning to add more providers for service PlayNow Plus. Also application will be available on more phones from Sony Ericsson.

I don’t get it. SE lauched PN Arena. They want to make money on the content. I know that they do not earn much on music (some CEO form SE said this that almost all goes to record label). So what was the purpose of having PN A? There was F&D integrated with SE page with games, themes ringtones which was very successfull service. Now we have F&D, PN Arena (unfortunalety only credit card or sms payments is a limitation) and now PN+ on which there are giving music for free. What’s more according to information PN+ has more tracks than PN A??
Could someone explain it to me what’s the point??
