Er, how do i download this? Whenever i click the file, i get redirected to another page filled with symbols

You should save that file (page with symbols) on your computer.

i have the themes in my phone,but the menu does not look like what it shows there. it still looks like the normal menu. i cant change the main menu layout as well. y?
