The Xperia Z Ultra has been quite a successful gadget from Sony. The smartphone was launched in mid-2013 and had received good amount of appreciation from the global community. Last month, we even spotted a Google Play Edition of the device to be released. However, users found out it to be a too-big device for a smartphone. Now some leaks from FCC and AnTuTu show that the Wi-Fi only version of the Xperia Z Ultra could be a next step from Sony, which would be just like a conventional tablet.
According to AnTuTu benchmarks, the device will have a Snapdragon 800 and except the cellular connectivity, the Xperia Z Ultra Wi-Fi only is believed to carry the same functionality as the existing smartphone.
Whereas being spotted at the FCC too, makes up to speculate strongly about the arrival of the gadget. Next month at the MWC we could possibly see the disclosure of the device from Sony. The tablet may be priced somewhere near $350.
