Sony just introduced a new Xperia T3 handset yesterday and manages it to flaunt it by saying the handset as “the world’s slimmest 5.3″ phone.” This could certainly be the case as there are very few handsets in the 5.3” segment.

Looking at its dimensions, Xperia T3 smartphone just measures 7mm in thickness. The Xperia T3 offers a -LCD Triluminos screen resolution with 1280×720 pixels on screen and a 277ppi density. The processor might be a bit disappointment as the handset hosts a quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset instead of the latest Snapdragon 800 clocked at 1.4GHz. So the Xperia T3 is basically considered to be a mid-ranger and comes with a stainless steel frame and a aluminum power/lock key at the sides.
The device offers 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot with a 32GB expandable memory support. The rear camera is 8MP with Sony Exmor RS Sensor and is able to record 1080p videos as well. The front hosts a 1.1MP camera with 720p recording. The device comes with the latest Android 4.4 offering and surfaces Sony’s own Xperia UI at the top. Thebattery back up is sufficiently large offering 2500mAh of battery juice and nearly 13 hours of talk-time. The handset comes in three standard color variants of black, white and violet.
