According to the source, the Xperia Z3 will host a 5.2” IPS LCD display with 1080p resolution. Dimension wise, the device will be 7.4mm thick which has reduced from 8.2mm as in the previous Xperia Z2.
The chipset has been bit upgraded with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 clocked bit higher at 2.5GHz supported with the same 3GB of RAM. The primary camera is the same with 20.7MP Sony Exmor sensor and the secondary camera will be 2MP capable of recording videos at 1080p resolution.
